
COOKING CLASES

General Info
Cooking classes at DreamHouse focus on encouraging every-day chefs to step out of their comfort zone and try different foods, all while learning how to master new techniques in the kitchen in a judgment-free environment. Classes will focus on using local, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious meal that easily can be replicated at home. Participants will leave classes with the recipes in hand and the ability to prepare the dishes on their own.
Most classes are taught by Audrey Roberts. Audrey is a graduate of the University of Vermont, majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences Education with a minor in Nutrition. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for wholesome local foods with others and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Unless otherwise noted, classes will last 2-2 ½ hours which includes sharing and enjoying your creation with the class. To sign up for desired class, emailaudrey@maplerockbandb.com or call 315-212-4155.
Small plates are great for entertaining at home. Most of these dishes can be prepared quickly and they all are really yummy! In this class you'll choose 5-6 plates from our menu. The class includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes.

Dust off that pasta maker you received as a wedding gift (we won't talk about how many years ago), and learn just how easy it is to make silky smooth homemade pasta! The class includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes.

Date Night or Any Night Out
Try something new for date night instead of your typical dinner and a movie. $45 per person which includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes.
